KECI-TV/Bonten Media Group has an opening in its Missoula, MT station for an aggressive,
knowledgeable and goal-oriented sales executive. Individual must be very customer-focused and
able to build marketing plans to maximize local business growth, to meet clients' needs and
objectives, to generate revenue through the development of new accounts and by growing existing
revenue from current clients. Individual must prepare creative written and oral proposals and effective
comprehensive advertising schedules, negotiate advertising and prepare accurate reports for
sales management. Organization, communications and time management skills are required to
effectively perform job responsibilities. In addition, excellent verbal and written communications
skills and the ability to multi-task, to utilize market analysis and ratings research to enhance sales
efforts, to work well with customers and fellow employees are required. Sales person should be
self-motivated with high energy and be reliable and a self-starter. Possessing a bachelor's degree
