Bonten Media Group was formed in November, 2006 as a partnership between Chairman
and CEO Randall D. Bongarten and Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC. Our Company acquired
its first television stations on May 31, 2007. We currently own and operate stations in eight
television markets:

vital local news and weather events.
